Is Feedback the same as a Google review?
No. Feedback is private and stays in your workspace. You manage Google reviews with Reputation.
Are bad reviews kept away from Google?
No. Feedback does not filter public reviews. Guests can review on Google at any time.
How many invitations are included?
Plus: 10 recipients, Teams: 30 recipients per billing period. Reminders don't count.
What happens when the quota is used up?
Without activation nothing extra is charged. With activation each additional recipient costs €0.10 plus VAT.
Where do guests fill in the feedback?
In the browser at feedback.up2promo.com, without an app.
