What is the up2promo platform?
up2promo is a SaaS platform that bundles your digital profiles, leads, reviews, and CRM synchronization in one place. The NFC business cards and displays are the physical trigger — the real value is created in the dashboard.
Do I need hardware or is the platform alone sufficient?
The platform functions autonomously — you can share your digital profile via link, QR code, or an embedded widget. Cards and displays are optional and increase conversion at real touchpoints (table, reception, trade fair).
Which CRM systems are supported?
Native integrations for HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM. For everything else, you get access to webhooks and a REST API, plus adapters for Zapier and Make. Field mapping per pipeline is configurable.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Hosting in Germany, data processing agreement included, EU data flows. Lead capture works with explicit consent from the person tapping your card — no data stalking, no dark patterns. Deletion, information, and export functions are built-in.
What happens to the data of people who tap my card?
The person first sees your profile and consciously decides whether they want to give you their contact details — bidirectional, transparent, and with opt-in. You then receive the lead in your inbox; the person receives your digital profile and retains control.
When does the platform launch publicly?
The public launch is planned for Q3 2026. Early access is already available — beta participants actively support the launch with feedback and receive lifelong discounted conditions.
What does early access include?

How long does onboarding take?
