How fast is delivery? What is Pre-Order?
Shipping takes place 1–2 business days after the official platform launch. Pre-orders are now open: this secures your card plus early access to the platform, so you'll be ready to go on launch day. Pre-orders are binding, but you can cancel within 14 days without giving any reason.
Does the card work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. NFC works on all iPhones from iPhone 7 (iOS 14+) and on practically all Android devices from recent years. If a smartphone doesn't have NFC, the other person simply scans the printed QR code with their camera — it works on any smartphone.
How do I activate my card?
After purchase, you will receive a link to the up2promo app. Create an account, fill out your profile (name, role, contact details, links, logo) and link the card to your profile — that's it. Onboarding usually takes less than 15 minutes.
What happens to the data of the people who tap my card?
The other person first sees your profile and consciously decides whether they want to share their contact details with you — bidirectional, transparent, and with opt-in. You then receive the lead in your inbox, and the other person receives your digital profile. Hosting in Germany, data processing agreement included.
Can I order tickets for my entire team?
Yes. For team orders of 2 or more, our volume discount automatically applies (10% off for 2, 15% off for 3, 20% off for 4). The platform also allows you to create team templates so that all profiles look consistent.
Can I order the card with my own design/logo?
Yes – from just 1 piece. Simply select the personalised PVC or metal version and configure your logo, colours and desired design directly in the shop. No minimum order, no need to contact sales.
Can I change my profile later?
Anytime. Your profile is stored in the up2promo app — changes take effect immediately on all linked cards, without you having to order a new card. Changing jobs? No problem, just update it in your profile.
How durable is the card?
PVC is sandblasted for a soft touch and pleasant feel, metal has a high-quality matte surface — both are scratch-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and suitable for everyday use. With normal use (wallet, business card case), the card will last for many years. The NFC chip is embedded and practically indefinitely functional under normal conditions.
Since I got the metal card, I barely ask for business cards at trade shows anymore. One tap, profile transferred, lead is with me — done. That easily saves me 10 minutes of follow-up work per contact.
