Is Reputation included in the Free plan?
No. Reputation starts with Plus for one reputation location.
Does the AI reply automatically?
No. The AI creates drafts. Even the optional auto-reply puts drafts in the inbox, following rules you define.
How is the reputation score calculated?
From average rating, volume and recency of reviews, response rate and speed, and sentiment. The formula is open.
Do I need a Google login?
For review products the listing ID is enough. For inbox and replies you connect Google Business Profile.
Will I get better reviews because of it?
We promise no stars and no rankings. You reply faster and see where things get stuck.
