Reviews and Instagram — one product or two?
Separate. The Google display or badge opens the Google destination. The Instagram display opens the social profile. Two jobs, two touchpoints — the same app.
May I reward guests for good reviews?
No — up2promo does not recommend rewards for positive reviews. The display only shortens the route to the Google form. Whether and how someone reviews is their own decision.
Do guests need an extra app?
No. NFC or QR opens the linked destination. Leaving a review on Google usually requires a Google account — Google controls that, not the display.
Are there monthly costs for the hardware?
No. Hardware purchase without a mandatory subscription. You start the app independently. Reputation and Smart Feedback are Plus and Teams plans.
Do I have to set up the product myself?
No. At purchase you can have it pre-configured or connect it yourself later in the app. The destination can be changed any time afterwards, without reordering. This works on the free plan.
