Do I need hardware for Teams?
No. You start the app independently. Displays, badges and cards remain optional.
From which plan can several users share the same workspace?
Inviting and custom roles from Teams. Free and Plus have one account. Pricing.
Why at least three seats?
Teams is billed at €7/seat, min. 3 seats — so from €21/month or €70/seat/year (from €210/year), plus VAT. The calculator is on the pricing page.
What is a reputation location — and what is a location in the app?
A location in the app is master data: address, listing, touchpoints. The reputation quota is a different limit in the plan. Creating locations works independently of it. Quotas: Pricing.
Does the AI reply to reviews on its own?
AI replies are assistance from Teams and Enterprise. Control stays with you. No autonomous posting as a launch promise.
Is there SSO?
Enterprise only. Plus and Teams have no SSO.
Is there a trial?
14 days for Plus and Teams. €7/seat applies after the trial at list price. Conditions on the pricing page.
