Does the card work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. NFC works on iPhones from iPhone 7 (iOS 14+) and on most current Android devices. Without NFC the QR code is enough.
How do I activate my card?
After purchase: account in the up2promo app, fill in the profile and link the card. Setup always happens in the app — not at purchase in the shop.
What happens to the data of people who tap my card?
The other person sees your profile first and consciously decides whether to return contact details — with opt-in. No covert data collection by the card.
Can I order cards for my whole team?
Yes. Volume discount applies to the unit price. In Plus and Teams you can use team templates — see Pricing.
Can I order the card with my own design?
Personalized variants are listed in the shop as separate options where available. Otherwise get in touch via Contact.
Can I still change my profile later?
Yes, any time in the app — without a new card.
How durable is the card?
